Jonathan Alveno is a Senior Learning Designer - at International Baccalaureate (IB) currently focusing on the conversion of the organization's standard Learning Management System (LMS) to a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) based on providing micro-learning content. Jonathan has over a decade of experience supporting the development of multimedia-rich online learning and ILTs, in both corporate and government environments. Notable projects include the development of interactive video training for HR compliance, a leadership training suit, and an “Active Shooter” survival training for US Department of State.
